Chart-topping electronic artist and violinist Lindsey Stirling will release her second studio album, Shatter Me, on April 29th.  The album features 12 new songs written by Lindsey and includes collaborations with lead singer Lzzy Hale from the Grammy winning band Halestorm and The Voice runner-up Dia Frampton of Meg & Dia.  Shatter Me is the follow-up to Stirling’s self-titled, breakthrough debut, which contained the smash viral hit, “Crystallize.” Lindsey released the first music video from the album today for the track “Beyond The Veil.”

“I really dug deep and poured my heart into Shatter Me,” said Lindsey. “Everything from the artwork to the music shares a cohesive message that I hope will inspire others to push their own boundaries.”

Shatter Me is now available for pre-order via PledgeMusic, the world’s leading online, direct-to-fan music platform.

The release of Shatter Me coincides with Lindsey’s 44-city US theater tour, kicking off in May in San Diego, CA and wrapping in Dallas, TX in July. Last year, Stirling sold out dates across America, Europe and Asia. Tickets for the 2014 US tour are on sale now at

Lindsey Stirling is a true, multi-faceted original. The Arizona native blends electronic beats, dance, animation, theatrics and visuals with her native instrument, the violin.  She composes her own music and choreographs and directs her own wildly successful videos. Leveraging YouTube as her primary platform to connect with fans, Stirling has amassed a staggering number of admirers, with over 4.3 million subscribers to her Lindseystomp channel (making it one of 100 most-subscribed channels on YouTube) and more than 500 million video views to date.

“Crystallize” alone has racked up over 88 million YouTube views and the song helped propel her debut album (originally self-released in September 2012 and re-released in expanded form a year later) to US sales of nearly 300,000, a remarkable achievement without a major label. Lindsey Stirling hit number one on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Chart, as well as the Billboard Classical Album Chart, and peaked at #23 on the Billboard Top 200. Stirling’s global audience is equally strong, with the album certified platinum in Germany and gold in Poland and Switzerland.
