‘Burn Notice’ RETURNS With ‘Suits’ & ‘Necessary Roughness’

USA network welcomes back ‘Burn Notice’ and adds ‘Suits’ and ‘Necessary Roughness’.


Burn Notice will premiere on Thursday, June 23 at 9 p.m. for its fifth season, and will be followed by the new legal series ‘Suits’ (formerly known as ‘A Legal Mind’) at 10 p.m.

Starring Gabriel Macht and Patrick J. Adams, ‘Suits’ revolves around a top Manhattan corporate lawyer (Gabriel Macht) who recruits a new hotshot associate and hires the only guy that impresses him, a brilliant but unmotivated college dropout (Patrick J. Adams). In order to serve justice and save their jobs, both unconventional thinkers must continue the charade. Meghan Markle, Gina Torres and Rick Hoffman also star in the Doug Liman and David Bartis-produced series. Creator Aaron Korsh penned the pilot and serves as co-executive producer with Gene Klein as producer.

USA’s favorite Hamptons concierge doctor series ‘Royal Pains’ also returns on Wednesday, June 29 at 9 p.m. with ‘Necessary Roughness’ following at 10 p.m.

Inspired by a true story, ‘Necessary Roughness’ centers on a Long Island divorcee (Callie Thorne) who gets a job as a therapist for a professional football team in order to make ends meet. Marc Blucas, Mehcad Brooks and Scott Cohen co-star. The series is created by Liz Kruger & Craig Shapiro, along with Donna Dannenfelser and Joe Sabatino. Kevin Dowling helmed the pilot and serves as exec producer.

And cant forget, ‘White Collar’ and ‘Covert Affairs’, return for their third and second seasons on Tuesday, June 7 at 9 p.m.
