Knockout Kaylani Lei Hosts Fight Night Party at Crazy Horse III

Sexy adult film star, Kaylani Lei, hosted an after-fight party at Crazy Horse III Gentlemen’s Club on Saturday, June 9.

The exotic beauty looked flawless in a form-fitting cream and black dress with a plunging neckline paired alongside sky-high black stilettos.  Channeling her inner Marilyn Monroe, the gorgeous bombshell playfully fought with the wind to keep her dress down while posing for photographs with a handful of admiring fans walking into the club. Once inside, the sexy vixen was greeted with a warm welcome from thousands of boxing fans who couldn’t get enough of the petite babe.
