This past Saturday (May 5th) Carmen Electra celebrated her 40th birthday with an over-the-top party at Crazy Horse III and Posh Boutique Nightclub in Las Vegas. Carmen arrived in an amazing green sequined dress , colorful heels and a green clutch.

Carmen, believe it or not, actually turned 40 on April 20th!
