Kasey Kahl: Drunk and Disorderly Conduct

Sources report former Bachelor Pad and Bachelorette star was arrested on Sunday (Jan 15), at Club Habanos, for Drunk and Disorderly Conduct.

Kasey was booked on a drunk-and-disorderly-conduct charge, and released later that morning at around 8:30AM.

Kasey’s tells PEOPLE Kasey is “shaken by the circumstances,” but also “a bit confused as to what happened.”

“Kasey and his friends were hanging out outside of the club where police officers allegedly thought they were being too loud,” Harlow says. “Kasey, along with a couple friends, were taken to the police station, but were released a couple hours later. No charges were or have been filed against him.”

Kasey was respectful and very cooperative with the police officers, Harlow says.

“[He was] even having a good laugh because of his model-esque mug shot,” the rep says. “The police officers noted that it was the prettiest mug shot they’ve ever seen come into their station.”
