Paramount Pictures hired screenwriter Michael R. Perry and director Kevin Greutert to create the sequel to 2009’s biggest surprise hit, PARANORMAL ACTIVITY, which raked up $151 million worldwide this past year. Kevin Greutert was SAW VI’s director, which grossed only $31 million compared to the other SAW films which grossed over $80 million. It’s kind of bad new for the SAW fans as many thought Kevin did a great job on SAW VI.
